What power dynamics are embedded in job interviews and the spaces in which they take place? How do spatial arrangements affect interview situations? The video work »Arrangements« shows different chair arrangements in a short sequence in an empty seminar room and questions how interview situations create spatial scenarios of control, to which applicants submit themselves by constantly reshaping and adapting their personalities.
